智通财经APP讯，中国上城(02330)发布公告，于2025年10月16日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理有条件同意作为本公司的配售代理按尽力基准以配售价每股配售股份0.180港元向目前预期不少于六名承配人配售最多7547.43万股新股份的配售股份。
配售股份占扩大后已发行股份总数约16.67%。配售价每股配售股份0.180港元相较2025年10月16日收市价每股0.195港元折让约7.69%。
配售事项的最高所得款项净额估计约为1352万港元。本公司拟将所得款项净额用作本集团的一般营运资金，用于支付本集团的员工成本、专业费用、租金及一般行政及营运开支。
