智通财经APP讯，三生制药(01530)发布公告，于2025年10月20日(交易时段后)，作为集团激励其董事、高级管理层及雇员表现措施的一部分，公司全资附属公司Mandi Inc.的董事会已决议按每股 Mandi股份1.0美元的代价向选定参与者发行640股Mandi股份作为奖励，其中290股 Mandi股份将根据Mandi股权激励计划发行予该信托的控股公司Mandi Group Limited 及350股Mandi股份将发行予Hero Grand。向Hero Grand及Mandi Group Limited发行Mandi 股份的代价乃经考虑(其中包括)选定参与者过往对Mandi及集团作出的贡献后厘定。
