据报道，美国科技巨头Meta将为其位于路易斯安那州农村的数据中心站点获得近300亿美元的融资方案，这将是有史以来最大的私人资本交易。

　　大型云服务提供商一直在竞相构建人工智能基础设施，其中大部分投资都用于为数据中心提供动力。

　　据知情人士称，Meta和另类资产管理公司Blue Owl Capital将分享位于路易斯安那州里奇兰教区（Richland Parish）的Hyperion数据中心站点的所有权，Meta将仅保留20%的股权。

　　据悉，摩根士丹利安排了超过270亿美元的债务和约25亿美元的股权，为一个特殊目的工具（SPV）提供融资。Meta本身并不借入资金，而是通过这个SPV结构下的融资实体。Meta将成为该项目的开发商、运营商和租户，该项目将于2029年完工。

　　今年8月有报道称，这家社交媒体巨头已向美国债券巨头太平洋投资管理公司（PIMCO）和Blue Owl Capital寻求290亿美元的融资，用于数据中心的扩建。

　　根据周四的报道，交易各方于10月16日采取了最后一步，以144A格式为债券定价，PIMCO作为主要贷款人。

　　报道称，其他一些投资者也收到了一些将于2049年到期的债券。

　　Meta周三表示，将在德克萨斯州埃尔帕索投资15亿美元建设一个数据中心，这是该公司在全球的第29个数据中心破土动工，该公司正在扩大基础设施，以支持人工智能工作负载。
