** Shares of employment services provider ManpowerGroup MAN.N fall about 7% to $35.19, hitting an almost 13-year low

** Co reports Q3 net earnings of $0.38 per share, down from $0.47 per share in the same period last year

** Quarterly earnings were impacted by restructuring costs and non-cash currency translation losses tied to Argentina's hyperinflation

** Q3 gross profit margin of 16.6% reflects weaker permanent recruitment & lower outplacement activity

** Shares have fallen 38.9% YTD, including session's moves
