10月19日金融一线消息，全球财富管理论坛·2025上海苏河湾大会10月18日至19日在上海市静安区举办。中金公司管理委员会成员梁东擎出席大会并参与圆桌论坛。
梁东擎表示，在需求端，未来养老需求的爆发会支撑中国资产管理行业迎来新的高质量爆发式的增长，一方面，存款利率已经进入到“1”时代，显然这样的利率不足以支撑居民养老长期的回报，未来第二支柱和第三支柱的发展，从DB到DC的转型，对整个资产管理行业养老端资金的增量至少在几十万亿人民币的规模。
梁东擎还表示，AI大幅降低了获得市场平均回报的门槛。最简单的量化投资就是指数投资，指数投资就是获得一个市值加权的平均回报，过去几年中国资产管理行业中涌现出很多量化的投资机构，这些投资机构获得了非常不错的回报，这些回报一定程度上超越指数，但超越的幅度有限的。
