蓝鲸新闻10月20日讯，近日，中国人民银行湖北省分行公布了行政处罚决定，剑指渤海银行股份有限公司武汉分行及其相关责任人。
罚单显示，渤海银行武汉分行的主要违法违规行为是：违反账户管理规定，违反金融科技管理规定，违反反假货币业务管理规定，违反征信安全管理规定，未按规定履行客户身份识别义务。
针对以上问题，中国人民银行湖北省分行对其警告并罚款74.3万元。
此外，时任渤海银行武汉分行业务营运部副总经理（主持工作）的杜某华，时任个人数字金融部副总经理（主持工作）的刘某奉，因对未按规定履行客户身份识别义务的违法行为负有责任，分别被处以罚款1.5万元、1.1万元。
