智通财经APP讯，亚洲电视控股(00707)发布公告，于2025年10月17日下午三时正(开曼群岛时间)(即2025年10月18日上午四时正(香港时间))向开曼群岛大法院(大法院)提交了有关为本公司委任共同临时清盘人(共同临时清盘人)的申请(共同临时清盘人申请)及清盘呈请(呈请)。本公司目前正在等待大法院指派法官针对此案进行聆讯，随后方向大法院立案共同临时清盘人申请及呈请。
本公司相信，提出共同临时清盘人申请符合本公司、其股东(股东)及债权人的整体最佳利益。本公司将于向大法院就共同临时清盘人申请及呈请立案后，适时作出进一步公告。
根据共同临时清盘人申请，本公司已请求大法院授予共同临时清盘人以下权力，其中包括：制定可行的重组计划以使本公司得以持续经营、经营本公司的业务、代表本公司与所有相关监管机构及主管机关进行沟通与联系，以进行必要的监管行动及符合任何必要的上市要求以及调查本公司的事务。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
