智通财经APP讯，中国港能(00931)发布公告，董事会已注意到本公司股份(股份)于2025年10月20日的股价及成交量出现波动。经作出在相关情况下属合理的查询后，除先前已披露及下文所披露者外，董事会确认并不知悉导致该等价格及成交量波动的任何原因，或根据香港法例第571章《证券及期货条例》第XIVA部须予披露的任何内幕消息。董事会同时确认，本集团业务运作维持正常，截至本公告日期的业务经营及财务状况并无重大变动。
董事会欣愿自愿向股东及潜在投资者提供业务更新：本集团自2025年5月1日起正就收购一项非常重大的液化天然气项目进行磋商，并已于2025年9月12日与一家液化天然气用户企业签订保密协议;此外，本集团亦于2025年7月1日与一家国际金融公司签订保密协议，其后于2025年8月1日签订谅解备忘录，以就上述液化天然气项目争取融资支持。
于本公告日期，有关可能投资的磋商仍在进行中，相关条款及细则尚未最终确定，且并未就可能投资达成任何具约束力的协议。倘可能投资事项取得重大进展，本公司将根据上市规则的规定，于适当时机另行刊发公告。
