智通财经APP获悉，教育股涨幅居前，截至发稿，中国东方教育(00667)涨5.2%，报6.88港元；中教控股(00839)涨4.39%，报3.09港元；宇华教育(06169)涨3.7%，报0.56港元；新高教集团(02001)涨2.46%，报1.25港元。
消息面上，近日宇华教育旗下湖南涉外经济学院转营利消息引发教育行业高度关注。申万宏源发布研报称，建议关注港股高教公司。营利性选择有望重启，民办高校办学收益分配确定性提升，扩张动力恢复可期。同时办学投入放缓叠加资本开支见顶，高教公司盈利能力提升可期。
国元国际此前发布研报称，营利性的学校有利于上市公司分红，分配利润缓解债务。虽然营利性登记需完成土地、房产等资产过户及补缴税费，短期增加成本，但长期将实现资产市场化重估。目前上市公司仅有宇华获批，短期有助情绪估值修复，若后续有其他上市公司推进，或构成板块长期价值重估。
