南方财经10月20日电，剑桥科技公告称，公司H股招股说明书已在香港联交所网站刊登。公司本次全球发售H股基础发行股数为6701万股（视乎超额配股权行使与否而定），其中香港公开发售670万股（可予重新分配），约占全球发售总数的10%；国际发售6031万股（可予重新分配及视乎超额配股权行使与否而定），约占全球发售总数的90%。公司本次H股发行价格最高不超过每股68.88港元，预计于2025年10月28日在香港联交所挂牌并开始上市交易。
