0546 GMT - Japfa Comfeed Indonesia's earnings are poised to benefit from fiscal tailwinds and tighter broiler supply, say DBS Group Research analysts in a note. Indonesia's 16 trillion rupiah economic stimulus package and a government-led free meal program are likely to help ramp up demand for protein consumption, the Indonesia research team writes. Rising broiler prices due to tighter supply is also likely to catalyze solid earnings for the Indonesian agrifood company. Rising corn prices in 3Q should stabilize after the harvest period, which is likely to help alleviate margin pressure, the team adds. DBS raises its target on Japfa to IDR2,700 from IDR2,100 and maintains its buy rating. Shares last traded at IDR2,440. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
