Wrkr (ASX:WRK) said the board approved changes to Chief Executive Trent Lund's remuneration package for fiscal 2026 to introduce a variable compensation component to align a potential increase in remuneration more strongly with the interests of shareholders, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Lund will have a target base salary for the fiscal year of AU$365,000, with a 150% capped maximum opportunity of AU$547,500.

His entitlement to a short-term incentive will be decided based on the achievement of fiscal 2026 financial and individual goals against targets, which will include the number of recurring revenue-generating users transitioned onto the Wrkr platform and the annualized recurring revenue base at June 30, 2026.
