Zhong Ji Longevity's CEO Steps Down, Successor Named; Shares Jump 4%

Zhong Ji Longevity Science Group's (HKG:0767) chief executive officer, Yan Yifan, resigned, effective Oct. 17, to devote more time to personal and other business commitments, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the financial and longevity science research company were up nearly 4% in Monday afternoon trading.

The firm, effective on the same day, named executive director Yan Li as its new CEO.
