快科技10月20日消息，据报道，三星计划加大对极紫外（EUV）光刻设备的投资，购买新一批EUV光刻设备。
其中，存储部门将部署五套专用标准EUV设备，以建立独立生产线，三星位于平泽的晶圆代工厂和存储生产线此前曾共用EUV设备。
同时三星将为晶圆代工部门新增两套最新的High NA EUV设备，三星计划在2025年底和2026年初分别交付一套，用于其2nm制程的全面生产，其中一套将部署在华城厂区，另一套则可能部署在泰勒晶圆厂。
数据显示，一套标准EUV设备的成本约为3000亿韩元（约合人民币15亿元），而一套High NA EUV设备的成本约为5500亿韩元（约合人民币28亿元）。
因此，三星在EUV方面的总支出约为2.6万亿韩元，这也彰显了其在2nm晶圆代工领域的雄心。
High NA EUV光刻机是下一代芯片制造的关键技术，与传统EUV相比，它能提供1.7倍更精细的电路图案和2.9倍更高的晶体管密度，光学精度提升了40%。
这对于生产密度更高、更节能、性能更强大的2nm代工芯片以及先进存储产品（如垂直通道晶体管DRAM和第六代HBM4）至关重要。
