本报讯 （志远）近日，国家知识产权局遴选并公布20项服务机构促进专利产业化案例作为2025年第二批专利转化运用优秀案例。由唐山市市场监管局推荐的《打造机器人产业专利成果概念验证中心，有力支撑新质生产力发展》（申报单位：唐山百川创新科技服务有限公司）成功入选，是我省本批次唯一入选案例。
今年以来，在市市场监管局的积极引导下，百川创新科技服务有限公司联合北京汇智英财专利代理有限公司，以专利成果概念验证平台为创新载体，为研发团队提供厂房、生产线、设备等全方位支持，深化融合“研发设计+样机试制+成果转化”增值服务模式，形成从创意孵化到量产落地的完整闭环。该平台汇聚政银保企多方资源，创建覆盖机器人企业全生命周期的金融支持体系，为企业量身定制融资方案。
