0601 GMT - ST Engineering is likely to benefit from its second floating power plant contract, RHB Research's Shekhar Jaiswal says in a research report. Its Marine unit and Siemens Energy have been awarded a contract by Transcontinental Capital to develop 'Estrella del Mar IV' floating power plant, the analyst notes. This contract highlights the Singapore-listed technology, defence and engineering group's ability to monetize its specialised engineering expertise and enhances the quality of its S$31.2 billion order book, the analyst says. While margins were undisclosed, repeat-project learnings and a proven partnership framework should aid execution. RHB Research has a buy rating and a target price of S$9.10 on the shares, which are 2.55% higher at S$8.46. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
