智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，10月21日，惠陶集团(08238)股东将股票由致富证券转入富途证券国际香港，转仓市值122.77万港元，占比5.78%。
10月15日，惠陶集团发布公告称，于2025年10月15日，公司拟配售最多1741.6万股配售股份，相当于经配售事项扩大后的已发行股份总数约16.66%。配售价0.34港元较10月15日收市价每股0.425港元折让约20%。
配售事项的最高所得款项总额将约为592万港元。配售事项的最高所得款项净额将约为540万港元，将用作当前业务营运、发展以及一般营运资金的支出。
