智通财经APP讯，昊天国际建投(01341)发布公告，截至本公告日期，公司透过公开市场交易合共购入646个单位的以太币，总代价约为271万美元(不包括交易成本)。
收购事项的代价乃根据以太币在公开市场所报的买入及卖出价厘定，并由集团于日常业务过程中产生的自有内部资源拨付。
公告称，董事会观察到，随着区块链技术持续发展与广泛应用，加密货币在社交平台(特别是去中心化社交网络)的应用正日益广泛、深入且多元化。以太币作为主流加密资产，不仅获得香港《稳定币条例》的法律支持，更获《指导与建立美国稳定币国家创新法案》认可，其合规性已获全球两大核心金融市场背书。此外，据观察越来越多服务供应商提供虚拟资产交易服务，使公众投资者更为容易获取加密货币。因此，预期加密货币的交易量于近期内将持续增长。鉴于上述情况，董事会认为以太币整体存在升值空间。
