路透10月20日 - 美国联邦住房金融局(FHFA)局长普尔特(William Pulte)周一表示，特朗普政府正在"择机评估"房利美和房贷美的上市事宜，最早可能在2025年底进行。
普尔特在社交平台 X 上发文称："特朗普总统在第一任期内没有让房贷美和房利美上市是一个正确决定，这一次正在择机评估发行事宜，最早可能在2025年底进行。"
特朗普今年 5 月曾表示，他正在推动让房利美和房贷美上市，并希望结束这两家住房金融巨头长期以来的监管托管状态。自2008年次贷危机期间遭受重创以来，这两家公司一直处于美国政府的控制之下。特朗普在第一任期内就曾尝试减少政府对它们的控制。
两家公司股票目前在场外市场交易，自2024年11月5日特朗普当选以来，股价均已涨逾700%，合计市值约为200亿美元。(完)
