0724 GMT - Blue Bird Indonesia's non-taxi business is likely driving growth, Nomura's Ahmad Maghfur Usman says in a research report. The taxi operator has a competitive edge in the non-taxi segment, particularly in areas including shuttle and bus services, thanks to its high delivery on service-level agreements, the analyst says. Revenue contribution from the Indonesian company's non-taxi segment increased to 29% in 2024 from 16% in 2016, which Nomura attributes to the company's advantage in the mobility business. Blue Bird's gross profit is expected to grow to IDR2.3 trillion in 2027 from IDR1.6 trillion in 2024, says Nomura, which has a buy rating and a target price of IDR2,250.00 on the stock. Shares are 1.7% higher at IDR1,820.00. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
