周五，福特汽车盘中大涨10%，股价创一年多以来新高。消息面上，尽管受Novelis事件影响，福特第三季度的利润和销售额仍超出华尔街预期，整体业绩表现强劲。三季度经调整每股收益为45美分，高于分析师平均预期的36美分；销售额达到创纪录的505亿美元，同样高于分析师预期的437亿美元。
财报显示，福特汽车第三季度总营收505亿美元，同比增长9.3%，净利润为24亿美元。公司将全年调整后息税前利润预期下调至60亿美元至65亿美元，此前预计65亿美元至75亿美元；预计全年调整后自由现金流20亿美元至30亿美元。
福特首席财务官Sherry House表示，在火灾发生前，公司原本有望在今年实现超过80亿美元的EBIT。“要不是Novelis的火灾，我们本会上调业绩指引，”House称。此外，福特目前预计，特朗普政府推出的关税政策将导致公司财务损失10亿美元，低于此前预估的20亿美元净损失。
