快科技10月23日消息，昨日，苹果此前发布的iPhone Air正式发售。
然而，有网友发帖称，在购买手机后前往中国电信营业厅办理eSIM业务时，却因“年龄超过60岁”遭到拒绝。
对此，杭州一家中国电信营业厅的工作人员回应称，10月22日接到通知，eSIM卡办理用户的年龄需在18岁至60岁之间。
该工作人员表示：“确实有一位用户前来办理，但由于年龄超过60岁，系统无法录入信息。”
中国电信客服也确认存在该规定，并表示：“目前eSIM业务仍处于试运营阶段，因此设有相关年龄限制，后续可能会根据实际情况进行调整。”
值得注意的是，中国联通和中国移动均表示，目前办理eSIM卡并无年龄上限要求，不过中国联通要求用户年满16岁，中国移动要求用户年满18岁即可办理。
