智通财经APP获悉，中国建材(03323)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.02%，报5.99港元，成交额1.36亿港元。
消息面上，中国建材此前发盈喜，预期集团截至2025年9月30日止九个月未经审核的权益持有人应占利润约为人民币29.50亿元，而去年同期权益持有人应占亏损约为人民币6.84亿元。上述预期增加主要由于集团主要产品水泥和商品混凝土的销售成本下降、玻璃纤维的销售价格上升和销售成本下降、风电叶片及涂料的销量增加、应占联营公司利润上升、以及集团按公允价值于损益账确认的金融资产公允价值变动净收入增加所致，但部分被水泥的销量下降所抵销。
此外，近日，工业和信息化部原材料工业司组织召开水泥行业稳增长工作座谈会。会议强调，骨干企业要发挥引领带动作用，严格落实水泥产能置换、规范水泥产能等政策，在2025年底前对超出项目备案的产能制定产能置换方案，促进实际产能与备案产能统一。行业协会要加强行业自律，开展区域市场供需平衡研究，组织水泥行业错峰生产，做好各地区平均成本调研，为经营者合理定价提供参考，防范低于成本价倾销等不正当竞争行为，营造有利于行业发展的良好生态。
