智通财经APP讯，创业集团控股(02221)发布公告，由于认购协议3及认购协议4所载的先决条件均已达成，认购事项3及认购事项4的完成已于2025年10月23日分别根据认购协议3及认购协议4的条款及条件落实。160万股认购股份(占本公司经配发及发行合共230万股认购股份扩大的已发行股本的约0.82%)及70万股认购股份(占本公司经配发及发行合共230万股认购股份扩大的已发行股本的约0.36%)已分别按认购价为每股认购股份1.50港元配发及发行予认购人3及认购人4。
于本公布日期，认购人1、认购人2及认购人5各自均未能根据相关认购协议的条款及条件履行其义务。因此，本公司已行使其权利，以分别终止认购协议1、认购协议 2及认购协议5(终止)。因此，认购事项1、2及5均未完成。于终止后，本公司于相关认购协议下的所有义务与责任将告终止及停止，且认购人1、认购人2及认购人5 均不得向本公司提出任何申索。
