智通财经APP讯，先机企业集团(00176)发布公告，公司(作为被告)已接获香港特别行政区高等法院原讼法庭发出日期为于2025年10月21日的传讯令状，该传讯令状由代表丰星有限公司(作为原告)的律师针对公司发出。诚如传讯令状所附申索陈述书所述，原告向公司索偿5.47亿港元(未偿还金额)，即本公司截至2025年10月19日应付的未偿还债券本金额连同应计合约利息及违约利息。原告亦申索由2025年10月20日起未偿还金额按年利率25%计提至全数付款日止的违约利息，及法院认为适当的进一步利息、讼费及或其他济助。
公司股份已自2025年4月1日上午九时正起暂停于联交所买卖，并将继续停牌。
