10月21日，粉笔(2469.HK)今日高开高走，午后一度涨4.56%至2.98港元。粉笔公告，公司接获分别由公司董事会主席、执行董事、首席执行官兼主要股东张小龙及公司执行董事、总裁、首席技术官兼主要股东魏亮发出的承诺函件。根据承诺函件，基于对公司长期价值充满信心及为保障投资者利益，张小龙及魏亮分别自愿承诺自2025年10月20日起计为期24个月内，不会以任何方式出售彼等直接或间接拥有的任何公司股份。
此外，张小龙先生于2025年10月17日，在联交所收购81万股每股面值0.00001美元的公司股份，对价约为240.8万港元(相当于平均价格约为每股2.973港元)。公司认为，此次增持股份说明张先生对公司的全面发展前景及增长潜力充满信心。公司获张先生及公司高级管理层进一步告知，彼等对公司的业务发展充满信心，并计划未来会适时进一步增加彼等各自于公司的股权。
