Meeka Metals (ASX:MEK) appointed Joe Belladonna as its new chief financial officer, succeeding Tony Brazier, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The transition is expected to take place during the December quarter, the filing said.
The company's shares fell past 1% in recent Friday trade.
