Core Lithium (ASX:CXO) revised its chief executive officer remuneration structure, effective July 1, following a remuneration review, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The board decided to slightly increase CEO Paul Brown's fixed salary and make adjustments to his performance-based pay, making more of his total compensation dependent on achieving specific performance goals, the filing said.

Shares fell nearly 5% in afternoon trade on Thursday.
