北京商报讯（记者 郭缤璐）10月21日，北京商报记者了解到，百胜中国联合中国乡村发展基金会正式启动“捐一元村校厨房焕新”计划。项目通过焕新现代化厨房设备和营养宣教，致力于改善乡村校园的用餐环境，提升孩子们的营养意识。
“捐一元村校厨房焕新”公益项目聚焦爱心厨房和营养宣教两大核心内容。项目为乡村学校配备包括电磁灶、蒸饭车、消毒柜等在内的一整套标准化厨房设备，改善校园厨房硬件条件；同时为教师和学生提供营养知识培训及宣教工具包，支持学校开展营养主题活动，提升师生对科学饮食与营养的认知。
截至2025年6月底，百胜中国与中国乡村发展基金会合作“捐一元”公益项目已累计筹集善款超2.8亿元，为欠发达地区儿童提供约5960万份营养餐，打造1500多个爱心厨房，参与人次总计超过1.5亿。
