智通财经APP讯，闽港控股(00181)发布公告，于2025年10月21日，本公司(作为承租人)与福建福旅(作为出租人)就租赁福莱喜大酒店的经营权订立经营权租赁协议，期限自2026年1月1日开始起至2030年12月31日止(包括首尾两日)。
厦门大酒店自1991年开始营运，位于厦门市思明区，总建筑面积21,894平方米，拥有248间客房。厦门大酒店的经营期限将于2025年12月31日届满，而近年来厦门大酒店的财务表现有所下降，影响了本公司的整体财务状况。董事会经审慎考虑后，决定不再延长厦门大酒店的经营期限，并决定订立经营权租赁协议。
福莱喜大酒店位于福建省东山县金銮湾景区。福莱喜大酒店于2023年开业，拥有现代化及完善设施，为宾客提供优质的住宿体验。福莱喜大酒店拥有优越的海景及私人别墅，提供多元化的住宿服务，为本公司酒店经营业务的盈利能力作出贡献。福莱喜大酒店提供276间标准客房及52间豪华套房。此外，福莱喜大酒店提供举办活动的设施，包括聚会、会议、婚宴及其他聚会。福莱喜大酒店亦位于公共海滩旁。毗邻海边及沙滩的优越地理位置预期可吸引客户。
