中国质量新闻网讯 日前，北京市石景山区市场监管局、消防支队、区应急局通过“综合查一次”机制，对“无事不扰”清单企业北京沃尔玛百货有限公司开展联合现场检查，并与企业交流座谈，听取企业关于“综合查一次”工作的意见建议。
根据系统自动生成的联合检查时间，上午9点30分，各部门执法人员准时到达北京沃尔玛百货有限公司经营场所，扫描企业营业执照二维码进行“扫码报到”，向企业出示“检查码”和“检查通知书”，企业负责人通过微信“京通”小程序扫描“检查码”，获取了关于本次检查的行政检查单，各部门严格按照检查单内容开展“照单检查”。
联合检查结束后，各部门与企业进行交流座谈，企业表示，自实施“综合查一次”检查以来，除投诉举报外，各部门入企检查频次明显降低。各部门对企业进行联合检查，有利于提升检查效率，降低企业的迎检负担；同时，对于存在职能交叉的事项，也有利于企业综合听取各部门意见，找到最优解决方案。
当前，纳入“无事不扰”清单企业数量为17000余户，占全区企业总量的28.4%，自开展试点工作以来，石景山区各部门对试点企业的现场检查量减少21%。下一步，区市场监管局（区联席办）会将更多企业纳入“综合查一次”试点，完善跨部门协同联动机制，更好地统筹执法资源，减少对试点企业正常生产经营活动的打扰，持续优化事中监管环境。（来源：石景山市场监管）
