Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust Completes EUR300 Million Green Bond Issue

Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SGX:SET) completed the sale of 300 million euros worth of green bonds due 2033, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The Series 003 bonds have a coupon of 4.125% and will be used to refinance existing borrowings that will mature in 2026 and 2027.
The bonds were listed on the Singapore Exchange Thursday.
Citigroup Global Markets, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft and ING Bank, acted as global coordinators and active bookrunners, while Banque Internationale a Luxembourg, societe anonyme acted as active bookrunner.
