智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，Palantir(PLTR.US)上月与Lumen Technologies(LUMN.US)签署的合作协议价值2亿美元。知情人士透露，根据协议条款，Lumen将在数年内向Palantir支付这笔总额2亿美元的费用。截至发稿，Lumen周四美股盘前涨超2%，Palantir则跌逾1%。
据悉，Palantir与Lumen于9月宣布达成合作，将Palantir的Foundry和人工智能(AI)平台引入Lumen，助力后者从传统电信公司转型为新一代技术基础设施公司。Palantir的工具将帮助Lumen简化运营、优化决策流程，并实现系统现代化。
Lumen 首席技术和产品官Dave Ward表示：“作为人工智能经济的基石，Lumen 努力让自身的运营也变得智能化且高效，就像我们为客户提供的网络服务一样。与 Palantir合作使我们能够利用人工智能来加快现代化进程，并在人工智能时代为客户提供所需的网络和服务。”
