China Nuclear Energy Unit to Sell Power Generation Assets for Leaseback

A unit of China Nuclear Energy Technology (HKG:0611) will sell to lease back certain assets to China Merchants Financial Leasing for 80.2 million yuan, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The assets comprise various components and equipment of four photovoltaic power generation projects in Guangdong province, China.

The assets will be leased back to lessee Shaoguan Dingrong New Energy Technology for 180 months for a total lease payment of 97.3 million yuan.
