智通财经APP讯，中国光大绿色环保(01257)发布公告，于2025年10月23日，公司全资附属公司光大生态修复与宝应能源订立超量生活垃圾协同处置协议。根据超量生活垃圾协同处置协议，光大生态修复已同意委聘宝应能源，而宝应能源已同意接受委聘，透过使用宝应能源的设施，以焚烧方式处置项目产生的超量生活垃圾。根据超量生活垃圾协同处置协议，预期宝应能源将处置总计4.8万吨超量生活垃圾，据此，于截至2025年12月31日止年度将处置2.5万吨超量生活垃圾，及截至2026年12月31日止年度将处置2.3万吨超量生活垃圾。
宝应能源就处置该等超量生活垃圾将收取之处理费为每吨人民币126.29元。基于超量生活垃圾总量为4.8万吨，根据超量生活垃圾协同处置协议，光大生态修复应向宝应能源支付的代价约为人民币606.19万元。
