路透新加坡10月23日 - 路透周四晚间看到的投资意向书显示，印尼首次发行离岸人民币债券（点心债），共募集60亿元人民币（8.4234亿美元），分两期发行，定价利率分别为2.50%和2.90%。
五年期债券为 35 亿元，收益率为 2.5%；10年期债券为 25 亿元，收益率为 2.9%，而最初的指导价格分别为 2.95% 和约3.30%。
意向书显示，中国银行（香港）、汇丰HSBA.L和渣打STAN.L 为联席账簿管理人。
所得资金将用于政府一般用途。(完)
