智通财经APP讯，中国天弓控股(00428)发布公告，于2025年10月21日，公司接获周心女士(呈请人)向香港高等法院提交的清盘呈请(高等法院公司(清盘)程序2025年第639号)，其声称为公司已发行承兑票据的持有人。
呈请人指称，公司未能偿还上述承兑票据的本金及未付利息合共约1110万港元(指称债务)。该呈请尚未经呈请人的誓章核实，据公司了解，该誓章尚待于中国完成认证及公证程序后方可提交至法院。
该呈请定于2025年12月31日在香港高等法院进行聆讯。
该呈请仅作为公司清盘的申请而向法院提交，于本公告日期，法院概无发出清盘令要求公司清盘。公司谨此强调，该呈请现时对公司的业务运营并无任何重大不利影响。
公司现正就该呈请考虑不同方案并寻求专业意见，包括但不限于采取适当措施以滥用程序为由向法院申请颁令驳回或搁置该呈请，弥偿成本将由呈请人向公司支付。公司将知会其股东及公众有关该呈请的任何重大进展，并于适当时候另行刊发公告。
