FirstService 3Q Seen as Resilient Amid Macro Headwinds -- Market Talk

9:10 ET -- FirstService's business model is showing resilience in a challenging macroeconomic time, says TD Cowen analyst Tim James. He says that he is encouraged to see rebound in Residential organic growth of 5% year-over-year compared with around 3% in last four quarters, and TD Cowen's estimate of 4%. James also says the 3% and 8% growth in adjusted Ebitda and adjusted EPS growth, respectively, was impressive against a challenging economic backdrop and tough Restoration comparatives. "We believe business model resilience and strength and relatively in-line consolidated results imply full-year on track," says James. (adriano.marchese@wsj.com)
