智通财经APP讯，五矿地产(00230)及要约人June Glory International Limited联合公布，于2025年10月23日，要约人要求董事会向计划股东提呈该建议，内容有关建议根据公司法第99条以计划安排方式将公司私有化。公司已向联交所申请于2025年10月24日上午九时正起恢复股份及由公司担保并于联交所上市的集团债务证券(债务证券代号：40768)买卖。

要约人为于英属处女群岛注册成立的有限公司。于公告日期，要约人的全部已发行股由五矿香港全资拥有。中国五矿为要约人的最终控股股东，其为一间于中国成立的国有企业，分别由中华人民共和国国务院国有资产监督管理委员会及中华人民共和国全国社会保障基金持有94.11%及5.89%。
