受美国能源消费增长以及与印度达成贸易协议的进展预期提振，油价周三连续第二日走高，涨幅约2%。
纽约商品交易所西得州中质原油（WTI）主力合约上涨1.26美元，涨幅为2.20%，收于每桶58.50美元。
布伦特原油合约结算价上涨1.27美元，涨幅为2.07%，收于每桶62.59美元。
美国能源信息署（EIA）周三称，随着炼油活动活跃度和需求增强，上周美国原油、汽油和馏分油库存出现下降。原油库存减少96.1万桶至4.228亿桶，而路透社调查显示分析师预期为增加120万桶。
“对于季节性淡季而言表现非常亮眼，”Price Futures Group高级分析师菲尔·弗林表示，“这显示出石油需求端表现强劲，而供应数据并未表明存在原油过剩——至少在美国境内如此。”
特朗普称周二与印度总理莫迪通电话，通话后特朗普表示莫迪向其保证印度将限制从俄罗斯采购石油。
“有报道暗示美印接近达成贸易协议，该协议可能使印度逐步削减俄罗斯原油进口，从而推升其他品级原油需求，油价随之攀升，”三菱日联金融集团分析师Soojin Kim表示。
印度《薄荷报》周三报道，两国接近达成停滞已久的贸易协议，该协议将使美国对印度进口商品的关税从50%降至15-16%。
