Astral Resources (ASX:AAR) said the results for 16 infill reverse circulation drill holes at the Theia deposit, part of the Mandilla gold project, intersected high-grade mineralization, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
It encountered an intercept of six meters at 17.3 grams per tonne grade of gold from 91 meters.
A 3,000-meter diamond drill program is underway at Mandilla to test high-grade structures within the Theia deposit and an extensional target.
