据知情人士向运营商财经网独家透露，在今年前8个月中，中国电信天翼云的收入总算持续实现正增长，但依旧有5家省公司一直深陷负增长，其中还包括了南方这家大省公司，背后有何原因？

首先，在前8个月中，天翼云收入为700多亿，仅8月当月就完成超80亿元的收入规模。

其次，在前8个月中，天翼云收入同比增幅为正增长，而在前7个月中，当时也同样实现正增长，看来目前增长趋势相对平稳。

不过，在今年前3个月以及前5个月中，当时的天翼云收入均为负增长，看来如今已实现了扭转。

另外，值得一提的是，在前8个月中，有20家省公司天翼云收入全部实现正增长，但仍然有11家省公司为负增长。

其中，在排名倒数前五的五家省公司中，有几家在今年内一直深陷负增长，就包括了一家南方大省公司以及几家北方省公司。中国电信北方省公司的发展基础本就薄弱也能理解，但这家南方大省公司的表现却令人意想不到，不知这一背后是否与该公司去年接受集团“整改”有关？
