10月23日，巨子生物盘初张超11%，控股股东增持50万股股份。
消息面上，巨子生物公布，控股股东Juzi Holding于公告日通过市场共购入50万股公司股份，本次增持金额约1930万港元；自2025年6月9日披露增持计划以来，累计购入366.66万股，合计投入约1.78亿元港元。增持后Juzi Holding持股增至5.85亿股，占公司已发行总股数54.61%，后续将视市场状况及监管要求进一步增持。
花旗近期发布研报称，市场对巨子生物在双11首日在李佳琦直播带货时，预售表现下滑的反应过度。花旗称，虽然李佳琦的直播带货销售趋势，是双11表现的重要指标，但随着其他KOL及自家直播带货的成长，其贡献度急剧下降。尽管竞争激烈，但并未看到公司客户对其产品或品牌有负面回馈。鉴于今年基数较低，花旗预期巨子生物2026财年销售将恢复增长，估值仍具吸引力。
