Desun Real Estate Investment Services Group (HKG:2270) said its subsidiary Chengdu Desun terminated a parking space agreement with certain debtors, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Shares of the property manager fell over 1% in morning trade Wednesday.
The firm will return 652 parking spaces in return for 22.5 million yuan owed to the company.
