2025可持续全球领导者大会于10月16日-18日在上海市黄浦区世博园区召开。前中国女排运动员、奥运冠军赵蕊蕊表示，“女排精神”就是在每一分钟都竭尽全力。
赵蕊蕊分享了一个小故事。“我还是小队员的时候，教练在训练的时候扔了一个很远的球，让我去救，可是我回身觉得救不到，我就不救了，准备接教练的第二个球，教练就问，你为什么不去救那个球？”
“我觉得救不到了，就不要浪费体力”，赵蕊蕊回答，“虽然我这个回答感觉还是挺有道理的，可是教练还是罚了我加练”。
赵蕊蕊说，事后教练曾与她沟通是说，“你还没有去努力，为什么觉得救不到那个球？”
教练还对赵蕊蕊说，一定要尝试先迈出那一步，通过一次一次的努力，也许下一次就能救到那个球了。但如果不迈出这一步，你将永远救不到那个球。
“那个时候我还很小，不太懂‘女排精神’，只觉得是教练在教我怎么样去训练，但大一点以后，我才明白‘女排精神’就是踏踏实实的在每一分钟、在每一个球的竭尽全力”，赵蕊蕊说。
