新加坡金融管理局副主席徐芳达在星展集团举办的一场活动上表示，新加坡计划于11月份公布一系列措施，支持上市公司为股东创造更高价值，并积极与投资者就业务规划进行沟通。

　　徐芳达表示，这些举措将包括政府补助。

　　新加坡按计划推进“50亿新元证券市场发展计划”下的第二批基金经理任命工作，预计将在今年晚些时候完成。

　　第二批任命预计将包括全球、区域及本地的基金经理。
