智通财经APP讯，威华达控股(00622)发布公告，集团已接纳要约人就合共3.14亿股盛京H股提出的H股要约，要约价为每股盛京H股1.60港元，且自2025年10月21日起，H股要约已于各方面成为无条件。本集团将收取总代价5.03亿港元。
紧随根据H股要约完成转让出售股份后，本集团将不再持有于盛京的任何权益。
中国国际金融代表要约人提出H股要约。根据综合文件，要约人的控股股东为沈阳市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会，直接及间接控制要约人合共约91.51%股份。要约人余下的股份分别由沈阳盛金投资管理中心(有限合伙)(其直接持有要约人约4.81%股份)和辽宁省财政厅(其直接持有要约人约3.68%股份)持有。
