BUZZ-Australia's Spectur rises to 1-1/2-month high on premium placement
** Shares of Spectur LtdSP3.AX rise as much as 17.2% to A$0.034, their biggest intraday pct gain since September 10
** Stock marks its highest level since September 15
** The security solutions provider says firm commitments received to raise A$2.3 million ($1.49 million) at an issue price of A$0.03 per share
** Issue price represents a 3.4% premium to stock's last close
** Funds will be used to accelerate rollout of new AI Cloud Platform
** About 2.9 million shares traded, 7.1x the 30-day average
** YTD, stock up 106.7%
