Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company (HKG:0338) reported 30.6 million yuan in attributable profit for the third quarter, up 361% year on year, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.

Shares of the petrochemical company fell over 1% in morning trade Thursday.

Earnings per share was 0.003 yuan, up 200% year on year.

The company's revenue fell nearly 14% year-on-year to 19.4 billion yuan, figures showed.

Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical's gasoline sales revenue reached 19.7 billion yuan in the first three quarters of the year, according to a separate Hong Kong filing.

Gasoline production and sales reached 2.5 million tons and 2.47 million tons, respectively.

Diesel sales revenue was at 11.5 billion yuan during the three quarters, while production and sales reached around 1.8 million tons each.

Jet fuel sales revenue reached 5 billion yuan during the nine months, while production was at 1.7 million tons and sales reached 1 million tons.
