消息面上，2025年国庆假期前七日，小菜园全国门店客流同比增长21%，累计接待超225万人次，热门单品中，红烧肉销量突破35万份，地锅鸡销量逾19万份。光大证券指出，小菜园为大众便民中餐赛道的连锁头部品牌，公司定位符合当前追求质价比的消费趋势，国庆期间亮眼表现进一步展现公司较强的抗周期能力。
开店方面，光大证券指出，短期看，25H2小菜园品牌开店提速，公司通过单店模型优化(面积精简等)改善利润。公司计划25年底小菜园品牌门店数达800家，26年底达到1000家，向国内下沉市场及海外拓展。长期看，经测算，小菜园品牌远期门店数量有望达到2050家。此外，子品牌“菜手”聚焦社区，客单价20-40元，复用小菜园品牌供应链，有望弥补主品牌低价市场空白，提升整体渗透率。
